We are adding some new tools to the gym to give you all an opportunity to work on some different types of grips and build some functional hand strength. Please be careful when you use these new climbing tools. Start with the easy holds and build you finger strength slowly… IT IS VERY EASY TO OVERDUE IT AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR FINGER TENDONS!

WOD:
5 minute AMRAP:
5 double dumbbell ground to overhead 50/35#
5 strict pullup

10 thruster 95/65#
10 pullup

-Rest 3 minutes

5 minute AMRAP:
15 GHD situp/Calorie ski womens cal (12 calories)
15 ring dip

-Rest 3 minutes

5 minute AMRAP:
30 double under
5 power snatch 60% + of 1RM snatch
