Put your head down and get to work! It’s a simple and effective formula for creating growth

Strength:
20 minutes to build to a 1RM cluster

Intervals:
Work with a partner who has similar capacity. They will act as your rest between intervals, and you will act as theirs.
2 rounds:
200m run
250m row
200m ski
500m bike
*If you don’t have a partner, then rest the same amount of time that the interval just took you.

Cooldown:
Lightly row, ski or bike for 3-5 minutes followed by rolling out your achy bones!
