Ken had to dig deep to cross the line before the time cap. On the final 100m, he put in an effort that was awesome to watch!

15 minutes OTM:
2 power clean + 1 jerk
*Start fairly heavy and add weight after minutes 5 and 10.

2×5 minute AMRAP, rest 5 minutes between AMRAPs:
9 pullup
7 front squat #135/95
5 bar facing burpee
