Work off that hangover with a little gym therapy!

Classes at 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm.

Intervals:
4x1k row, rest 3 minutes between efforts.
*Attempt to set a pace that you can match or improve on by no more than a few seconds throughout the rounds:

Post Intervals:
3 rounds slow and controlled:
10 bottoms up KB strict press (seated, 5 per arm)
10 single leg Romanian deadlift (5 per leg)
20-30 second hollow hold
