Dr. Sanders‚Äč will be in the gym this Friday from 3:30pm – 7:30pm to treat athletes. He is seriously the best PT I (Philip Weigel) know. Please consider seeing him if you are having issues with mobility and balance.
Sign up sheet is under the iPad in the gym. If you cannot make it in to sign up, please comment below and we will pen you in.

Superset with a 30 second handstand hold. Work on controlling off the wall if applicable.
