Ankle range of motion

3 rounds for time: *30 minute cap
50/40 calorie row
40 pistol
30 toes to bar
20 wall ball shot #30/20 slamball to 10/9′
10 muscle up (10 pullup + 10 dip, or 10 strict muscle up progressions)
*For this workout DO NOT substitute bar muscle ups. Work on getting closer to ring muscle ups.
