*You need to complete whichever you choose in less than 15 minutes (95% of you should do the Jr. option). If you have to scale in any way, then you are doing the Jr. option. You focus should be on the absolute best quality reps possible. Make this hard on yourself. It is meant to be VERY DIFFICULT!
