20 minutes alternating OTM:
50 second calorie row, ski or bike
20 second burpee sprint

Post WOD:
5 rounds:
30 second handstand hold (work on free standing handstand or play with plate step ups or shoulder taps if you would like to make this a more advanced skill session)
90 second rest
