Jenny gave out a lesson on balance and control this evening! Who else is gonna be practicing those shoulder taps?

Strength:
3 x max set of strict ring dip
2 x max set of kipping dips
*Rest 2 minute between sets, scale as needed to static stations and bands.

WOD:
5 minute AMRAP:
3-6-9-12-15…

-Rest 3 minutes, then:
5 minute AMRAP picking up where you left off
*If you have a weight vest, you are welcome to wear it.
