Strength/Skill:
5 superset rounds on a 2 minute clock:
7 good morning
5 high hang snatch
*This is not supposed to be very heavy, use lighter weights and work on timing and accuracy with the high hang snatch.

WOD:
For time: 10 minute cap*
30-20-10
Power snatch 95, 115, 135/65, 80, 95#
Bar facing burpee
Toes to bar

Cooldown:
Walk it off!
Go for a 3-5 minute walk followed by some static stretching.
