Routinely learn and play new sports! We can’t facilitate full sports in the gym, but we can work to learn new skills!

Skill/Strength:
7 sets to build to a reasonably heavy set of 5 Zercher squat

WOD: *10 minute cap

Overhead squat 115/80#
Chest to bar pullup

Cooldown:
Walk it off and spend 5-10 minutes static stretching.
