Running in Helen is all about pace! Picking the right pace for yourself so that you are hurting, but still able to move quickly and attack the swings and pullups.

WOD:
“Helen”
3 rounds for time:
400m run
21 kettlebell swing 53/35#
12 pullup

Post WOD:
20 RM back squat
*Warm up in sets of 5 to a weight that you think you can succeed for 20. Rest a few minutes, then strap yourself in!
