Mike is fresh out of onramp and right into the program and hard at work stacking that overhead positions!

Strength:
5 rounds on a 3 minute clock:
10-15 GHD situp weighted
Bent over sled pull 100’

WOD:
For time: *15 minute cap
100 bar facing burpee
*At top of every minute do 3 power clean #155/105
**Stepping back and forward (into and out of) on the burpee is permitted. You MUST jump over the bar with a 2 foot takeoff.
