Remember the key to progress is consistency. Don’t avoid workouts that look hard or that don’t suit your skill set. Our program is broadly varied over weeks and months. If you are CONSISTENTLY attending then you will get results!

Strength:
12 minutes alternating OTM:
3-5 strict knees to elbow
10-20 pistol
*Both movements should be done for control and accuracy, NOT FOR SPEED!

WOD:
For time: *15 minutes cap
30-20-10
Hand release pushup
Box hop 24/20”
Deadlift 185/125#
*Wear a weight vest if you believe you will be able to do quality reps and beat the time cap.
