5 sumo deadlift (start at 65% of 1RM deadlift and ascend as long as technique does not break down)
Set to failure of PERFECT pushups
3 rounds for time:
10 clean to overhead #135/95
*The clean must be caught in or processed through a full squat, you may use any type of movement to get the bar overhead.
