For time:
100 air squat
Then 3 rounds of:
10 toe to bar
25’ overhead walking lunge 45/35#
10 burpee to plate
25’ overhead walking lunge
Then:
100 air squat

Post WOD accessory:
2 times through:
1 minute plank hold
1 minute right side plank hold
1 minute left side plank hold
1 minute high plank hold
*Rest as needed before starting round 2.
