Strength:
5 rounds every 2 minutes:
7 strict press
7 good morning
*Do this as one unbroken complex.

WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes:
12-20 cal row (1 minute of work max)
12-20 pistol (45 seconds of work max)
8-16 handstand pushup (45 seconds of work max)
