This Saturday the gym will be closed as we head down to Kent State and support “The Hammy”! Check out the link for details.

Each piece for time:
400m run (Perform this as a 100% effort. We will be using it to base running intervals on in the future)
-Rest 3 minutes
200 box set up 50/35# db to 24/20”
-Rest 5 minutes
1k ski
-Rest 3 minutes
50 burpee chest to bar pullup
