Our challenge for the gym this May is to get 25 people signed up to participate in “The Hammy” fundraiser workout or 5K run on May 20th. This is a fundraiser event that will help sent two student athletes from Kent Roosevelt High School to college and the workout is indoors so weather is not a factor!

Strength:
3×10 back squat (start at 60 % and ascend)

WOD:
5 rounds for time:
200m run
10 front squat (use 50% of the weight you hit for the 10RM)
5 shoulder to overhead
