10 triple under (work a consistent unbroken set of double unders if you cannot do a triple (TO FIND THAT YOU CANNOT DO A TRIPLE YOU MUST FIRST TRY), if you cannot do doubles, then try them (NO ONE DOES THEM ON ACCIDENT).

15 burpee box over 24×30/20×30”
*50 double unders to complete each round (Scale to 1 minute of jump rope work)
