Intervals:
Row, ski or bike
5x500m/400m, 1,000/800m, rest 2 minutes between efforts.
*Each interval should be completed in under 2 minutes.

Rest 5 minutes then perform 3×30 second sprint, rest 2 minutes between efforts.
