Ken has already “kicked” up and is mid press out right here. Notice that his feet are not on the wall, and his back is not over extended. The kip should send the legs straight up (along the wall but not into it), and the press is overhead (not in front). Nicely done Ken. Oh yeah… these were some of his first reps without an abmat!
