Remember to attack these shorter workouts. Sometimes it pays to go uncomfortably fast!

Strength:
5 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:
5 90 degree ring row with 5 second negatives (pull to a 90 degree elbow with the humerus 90 degrees off the torso)
5 diamond pushup with 5 second negatives

WOD:
5 rounds for time: *10 minute cap
5 front squat 60% of 1RM
10 toes to bar
