Vannessa got out and took on a sprint triathlon and Mike tackled the Buckeye Games. Way to get out and use your fitness!

Intervals:
5 rounds with 2 minutes of rest between rounds:
200m run
10 burpee box hop
200m run
*The focus in this work out is intended to be on a smooth “bouncy” burpee box hop. Scale the box height accordingly to allow you to succeed at this!

Post Interval Accessory:
5×10 dumbbell curl and strict press
*Do not use any leg action to help either movement. This is meant to be a very strict arm and shoulder burner.
