Technique is key! You’re going to do a lot of hang muscle snatches. Make sure you do them well and build good habits!

WOD:
10 rounds for time: *30 minute cap
10 hang muscle snatch 75/55# (30% of your 1rm)
10 overhead squat
10 pullup
