This past weekend Cara, Josh, and Jessica all finish the 52 mile race, and Philip finished the 72 mile Gravel Race Up Spruce Knob. It was a challenging course with lot of climbing and sketchy gravel descents.

WOD:
15 minute AMRAP:
2 power snatch 115/80#
4 overhead lunges (in place)
6 toes to bar

Rest 5 minutes
Then,
2 rounds for time:
25 strict ring dip
50 pistol
