Who is ready to count some calories?

The Calorie Counting Concept:
5 rounds accumulating as many calories as possible:
1 minute ski
1 minute rest
1 minute row
1 minute rest
1 minute bike
1 minute rest

Post WOD mobility work:
Spend 10-15 minutes working on mobility and joint health. If something specific is bothering you, focus on it. If not then just address the body generally.
