WOD:
5 rounds for time: *10 minute cap
10 power clean #50/35 dumbbells
10 front squat
10 push press

Post WOD at 15 minutes on the clock:
For time:
1k farmers carry
*Use a set of Kettlebells that are heavy for you, you should be able to maintain 25m carry’s without setting down the kettlebells.
