On a running clock:
At 0, 2, and 4 minutes: 5 front squat at 70%
At 6, 9, and 12 minutes: 3 front squat >80 % ascending

Interval:
10x250m row, 1 minute of rest between efforts
*Goal is to perform all intervals within a 2 second range with negative splits.
