Partner WOD:
“The Break Up”
Death by
1 hang power snatch @ 35-40%
1 burpee
~ Add 1 rep to each movement each round… 2 hang power snatch + 2 burpee, then 3 + 3 and so on.
~When your partner dies, you both are done with the “death by”
~Once dead perform OTM: 10 lateral burpee over partner (5 each, while partner holds a high plank) until everyone in class is dead
~Once everyone is dead, begin:
“The Make Up”
14 min AMRAP:
3 rope climb
21 box hop 24/20”
15 Russian kettlebell swing 70/53#
*On this AMRAP, teams may split work as desired.
