Destruction by dumbbell!

Strength:
10 minutes OTM:
Clean
2 front squat
Split jerk
*Start with significantly heavy weight and increase load if possible. As always, technique is the first priority, once that is achieved than add the load.

WOD:
For time: *15 minute cap
5-4-3-2-1
2x bar muscle up (4x knee to elbow)
5x kettlebell swing 53/35#
10x Ab mat situp

Cooldown:
Very slow paced 800m jog
