5 minute AMRAP:
Clean and jerk 165/110#
*In this workout the clean must be processed through a full squat, and then the bar must be moved overhead. A “Jerk” is advised, but not required.

Post WOD:
5×10 dumbbell bench press
*Use weight that allows you to complete 10 reps with a fair amount of difficulty, but also without aid.
