One of our graduates from the February OnRamp, Molly is getting down with 17.3!

Open WOD 17.3 / Open Gym

Sunday classes we will focus on getting athletes through Open WOD 17.3. Please arrive early to warm up; we ask that everyone doing the Open WOD be prepared to judge at least one heat.

There will be open gym during this time also. Feel free to come in, lift, make up a workout you missed, etc., but the coach’s time will be focused on the Open.
