Perform One Bear Complex
Minutes 1-4, 165/115
Minutes 5-8, 155/110
Minutes 9-12, 145/100

**Bear Complex consists of the following movements:
Power Clean
Front squat
Push Press
Back Squat
BTN Push Press

At the 20 Minute mark:
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Wall climbs
10 Up-downs
5 Parallette pass-throughs (forward + back = 1)
10 Grasshoppers (right + left = 1)
