Open Gym

Open gym is members-only, for those on Unlimited plans. The staff member present during open gym will verify unlimited membership via iPad app as you enter during open gym hours. Drop-ins and guests are not permitted during Open Gym hours.

Open Gym hours are intended for skill practice, extra strength and mobility work, making up a missed WOD, or supplemental programming. They are not intended for doing that day’s WOD. As a CrossFit gym we are a group training facility built around community and we plan to hold close to that core value.
