Hope everyone enjoyed the 30 minute sweat fest on Thursday! I know I did!

9am – WOD
10am – Open Gym/ CLE Barbell Club
11am – Bring a Friend

Partner WOD:
25 minute AMRAP:
15 kettlebell swing
15 pushup
100′ sled drag (Relatively heavy sled. This is a drag, not a run.)
*Partner 1 must complete 50/40 calorie row while the Partner 2 completes work on the kettlebell swings, pushups and sled drag. When the calories have been rowed, the partners will change places with the Partner 1 coming off the rower to resume work where Partner 2 left off. Count each completed row segment AND each round as a point. Score is total number of points completed in the 25 minutes.
