A newer member to the gym, Allie has been crushing it! She was in Friday morning kicking ass at the 0500 class!

Partner WOD:
15 minute AMRAP:
100m bear crawl
20 dumbbell push press 50/35# set
30 V-up
400m run (Carrying 1 dumbbell, you must stay with your partner. You may pass the dumbbell back and forth as needed)

-Rest 5 minutes

10 minute AMRAP:
Pick up where you left off above.
