Today both Josh and Phil will be out of the gym but don’t worry! Cam will be leading class and Marissa will be there to help him out! Be sure to give them the respect and attention that they deserve.

Tabata some other stuff:
Wall ball shot 20/14# to 10/9’
Knees to elbow
Med ball clean
Box hop 24/20”
Overhead jumping lunge (medball)
Ab mat situp
*We will be completing a full Tabata at each movement before moving on to the next movement and the next Tabata. Wear a weight vest if you’ve got one!
