12 minute AMRAP:
2 rounds of:
50′ weighted walking lunge #50/35 dumbbells
16 toes-to-bar
8 dumbbell power clean
Then, 2 rounds of:
50′ weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle up
8 dumbbell power clean
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle ups
every 2 rounds.
