10×20 box step over 24×20/20×24” with a single 50/35# dumbbell
*The workout is performed as a continuous series of relays. You must complete all 10 cycles (5 per person) of each movement before moving to the next movement. Communicate and transition quickly, you get to rest while your partner works. For the wall climbs, one athlete must wait behind the pillars for their partner to complete the required 2 reps, run and tag them in.
