You may notice we are slowly accumulating ski ergs at the gym. Might want to start hopping on them for warmups and cool-downs to help yourself become better acquainted.
In teams of 3:
9x200m sprint relay
100 burpee pullup
200 jumping lunges
300 plate ground to overhead 45/35#
12×100’ bear crawl sprint
*1 works while 1 rests. This is meant to be done as manageable sprinted sets of work… there should never be a time when someone isn’t working and when you work it should full tilt effort.
