Partner WOD:
20 minutes alternating work stations
1 – 300m med ball run
2 – AMRAP:
15 wallball shot
20 wall sit and twist (2 count)
*When your partner comes in from their run they will pick up where you left off. So, communicate your stopping point then leave for your run.
