Dumbbells offer a great opportunity to work around some injuries, and we have a litany of other ways to work around others. Remember that an injury doesn’t mean that you should abandon all the fitness that you’ve been working to build! Get in the gym! We will work with you to tailor things around your issues so you can stay fit while you heal!
