30 box hop 24/20”
20 toe to bar
*rest 1 minute after the completion of a round

WOD:
In teams of 3, 30 minute AMRAP:
10 wall climb (1 working)
20 wall ball shot 20/14# to 10/9’ (synchronized by a pair)
30 second wall sit (all members)
