Some people are capable of working above the standard. Most strive to realize it, and still others must modify to work around their body’s movement restrictions. ALL ARE WORKING ON BETTERING THEMSELVES!
In teams of 3 complete:
200 air squat
300m bear crawl
200 abmat situp (sub GHD if desired)
*All rep counts are cumulative. On the 100 reps of pushups and pullups only one athlete may be working at a time. For the 200 reps of air squats and AbMat situps 2 athletes may work at a time. During the bear crawl all the athletes may be working at the same time.
