Partner WOD:
For time: *30 minute cap
100 pushup
50 box over
100 overhead squat 75/55#
50 bar facing burpee
100 jumping lunge
*Working with a partner you must work in 20 second windows. Athlete 1 works for 20 seconds while athlete 2 rest. The will switch at the 20 second mark and this will continue until you have finished the workout.
