30 minute AMRAP:
200’ dumbbell walking lunge 50/35# (single dumbbell, hold as desired)
200’ bear crawl
100 box over 24×30/20×30”
100 Abmat situp and toss 20/14# medball
*One partner must hang from the pullup bar in order for work to be completed on the lunges and bear crawl. On the box over and situp no hanging is required.
