Team WOD:
In teams of 3 complete 45 minutes of work:
100 burpee onto #45 plate
*2 athletes are working through the burpees, one working while one rests. The remaining athlete is rowing meters. The athlete on the rower must switch every 100 burpees completed. Score is the total meter count plus the total burpee count.
