Get up and get into the gym, and bring a Friend!

Partner WOD:
10 minute AMRAP:
20 pushup/handstand pushup
20 box step up 24/20” with a barbell on the back (pick a weight that you can cruise through quick 10s)

  • Rest 2 minutes

10 minute AMRAP:
4 wall climb
20 alternating lunge with barbell in the front rack (use same weight as box step up)
20 toe to bar
*Split work as desired.
