Hello Guys and Gals!

As many of you know, I’ve been working with my brother (JonMichael Weigel) for a while now on the program that you guys see on the whiteboard each day. We thought it would help you guys get more out of it if we sat down and explained what each day looks like to us and why. So, we did just that! We took out our notes and sat in my garage and spent 35 minutes talking to an iPhone about our next 6 days of training. Please excuse the rough audio, and please give us feedback! We want to make this a weekly affair and we want it to improve! So please tell us what we can do better to help you guys move forward with us on your fitness journeys!
